31 Day CHallenge: Day 11 Polka Dot Nails

31DC2015 Polka Dot Nails

Many many many years ago, circa 1830, a traditional dance became all the rage in parts of Europe and America. It was called the Polka. Wait, hold on, I'm going somewhere with this. The dance originated from the Bohemian word "Polka", which means Polish woman. Either that, or it was derived from the Czech word "Pulka", meaning half, refering to the quick half steps of the dance. Who really knows for sure. I wasn't born yet, and I'm no historian, so the best I could do is Google it... which I did.

That concludes my little tidbit of useless information. Can't say I never taught you anything. Now, on to the fun stuff.

Here's what I used.

Check out my zig zag polka dots. Double groovy. Last, I have to wave a tearful good bye to my beloved Dashboard Dreamer. I'll miss you. But I won't replace you because I found a super close dupe - Breezy blue by Sally Hansen.

That concludes todays challenge post. Tomorrow is stripe nails. Untill then,
Ciao for now.
